1.1 Structure
Material: thick wooden particle panels with low formaldehyde emission: class E1 according to the European regulation UNI EN 13986 and emission class CARB Phase 2 according to the title 17 of California Code and Regulation and according to the regulation EPA U.S. TSCA Title VI.
The panels are water repellent, meet the V100 (DIN 5236) and UNI EN 317 regulations.
45, 60, 80, 90, 120 cm and corner bottom of the under sink base unit is coated with aluminium, while the one under the refrigerator column is in plastic resins. These are all systems that guarantee an absolute impermeability.
Thickness: 18 mm.
Finishes: white laminate or charcoal grey.
Edge: coloured laminate thick 05mm or in PVC thick 1mm.

1.2 Back panels

Material: thick wooden particle panels with low formaldehyde emission: class E1 according to the European regulation UNI EN 13986 and emission class CARB Phase 2 according to the title 17 of California Code and Regulation and according to the regulation EPA U.S. TSCA Title VI.
Thickness: 8 mm.
Finishes: double-sided white, one side lacquered, one side glossy lacquered one side white, with balancing function in PPL anthracite double-sided.

1.3 Shelves

Wood shelf
Material: thick wooden particle panels with low formaldehyde emission: class E1 according to the European regulation UNI EN 13986 and emission class CARB Phase 2 according to the title 17 of California Code and Regulation and according to the regulation EPA U.S. TSCA Title VI.
The panels are water repellent, meet the V100 (DIN 5236) and UNI EN 317 regulations.

Painting: polyester primer; polyurethane, glossy or matt acrylic finishes.

Low pressure laminate door
Material: thick wooden particle panels with low formaldehyde emission: class E1 according to the European regulation UNI EN 13986 and emission class CARB Phase 2 according to the title 17 of California Code and Regulation and according to the EPA U.S. TSCA Title VI regulation.
Thickness: 19 – 22 mm.
Finishes: double-sided laminate and shaped edges, with low pressure laminate thick 0,7mm.
Edges: ABS 1 mm.

Veneered door (Ligna 4.0 plant veneered and wood veneered)
Material: thick wooden particle panels with low formaldehyde emission: class E1 according to the European regulation UNI EN 13986 and emission class CARB Phase 2 according to the title 17 of California Code and Regulation and according to the EPA U.S. TSCA Title VI regulation.
Thickness: 22 e 25 mm.
Painting: solventborne paint, acrylic primer, matt acrylic.
Finishes: external and internal matt open pore coating.

AGlossy/matt one side lacquered door

Laminam door
Material: porcelain laminate obtained by wet grinding argillaceous raw materials, granite and metamorphic rocks, composed of feldspars and ceramic pigments

Fenix door
Material: thick wooden particle panels with low formaldehyde emission: class E1 according to the European regulation UNI EN 13986 and emission class CARB Phase 2 according to the title 17 of California Code and Regulation and according to the regulation EPA U.S. TSCA Title VI, coated with a paper compound impregnated with thermosetting resin; surfaces, obtained using nanotechnologies, are made up of a substrate treated with acrylic resins.

Material: austenitic stainless steel (Cr-Ni)

Extra-Clear Glass Door

Painting: matt lacquered, matched with 3 o 4 mm thick glass with internal side painted.

4. Drawers and Pan Drawers

All the drawers and pan drawers are made of metal side panels and full extraction slide with cushioned closing system. This system guarantees stability, lightness and silent sliding. Side panels are white coloured in white structures and anthracite in grey structures.
Material: metal side and back panels. Bottom panels are made of wood particles with low formaldehyde emission: class E1 according to the European regulation UNI EN 13986 and emission class CARB Phase 2 according to the title 17 of California Code and Regulation and according to the EPA U.S. TSCA Title VI.
Panels are water-repellent according to standard requirements V100 (DIN 52365) and UNI EN 317.
Thickness: 16mm thick laminate back panel is colour-matched with side panels.

Material: waterproof compact paste ceramic. Is a wear-resistant and chemical agents resistant material made of refractory ball clays mixed with silica, limestone, feldspar, etc.

Fenix Worktop

6. Other Elements

6.1 Plinths
Made of Anodised-aluminium with BR5 finishes or 0 chemical with coextruded upper and lower semi-concealed seals, dust cover. Made of plastic coated on outer side with melamine paper in plain mat or wooden colours.
Placed under the furniture through the use of plastic hooks that allow an easy removing for the cleaning.

6.2 Hinges
Hinges are made of metal treated with galvanic treatment. They are equipped with soft closing system and quick anchoring, adjustable in 3 directions and are in compliance with European standard UNI EN ISO 9227 about corrosion resistance of metallic materials.
Hinges are equipped with a slowing integrated system that guarantees a “soft” closing for the majority of the elements.
110° opening allows an easier use of the furniture.
155° hinges are standard features on wall units with draining rack and on elements with internal drawer. Warning! On all the other elements 155° hinges are available only on demand.

6.3 Shelf Support
Spring shelf support for furniture. Technical solution used and automatically assembling possibility are revolutionizing today’s productivity processes. Inserting shelves on the furniture is faster and does not damage the holes. The spring equipped pin guarantees the hook-up even if inverted.

6.4 Supporting System for Base Units and Wall Units
They have a galvanized metal structure, a vertical and horizontal adjustment through cross-head screws and an automatic anti-release system.

6.5 Legs
Made of a high shocks and compression resisting thermoplastic material, with height regulation.
Bottom panels and tall cabinets are equipped with easy regulating legs that allow a perfect levelling of the kitchen even on irregular floors.

6.6 Handles
